Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and free from damage
  • Returned with all protective plastic and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Please note that special orders, and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees paid to your local authorities are non-refundable by SERVED. Customers are responsible for seeking reimbursement of these charges directly from their local customs office or tax authority where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@thosewhoserve.com so we can evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider before the funds appear in your account.
